About pydra-bids

`Pydra`_ is a dataflow engine which provides a set of lightweight abstractions for DAG construction, manipulation, and distributed execution.

`BIDS`_ is a specification for organizing and describing neuroimaging data.

pydra-bids provides Pydra tasks for working with BIDS datasets.
